Lead Trainer
The true essence of yoga and it's infinite wisdom lies in the heart of every human being. This was what Kim Mosby discovered when she started practicing yoga in 2008. After following her heart and teaching for many years, she was given her spiritual name, Ma Prajna Ananda: Goddess of Blissful True Wisdom.
Prajna Ananda is a mother, natural teacher, energy healer and student of life. She is passionate about helping students achieve their fullest potential and gain a deeper awareness Self. Prajna is dedicated to a life of service and community, raising awareness whenever possible and sharing her gifts generously.
Completing both her 200 and 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in India, Prajna is deeply rooted in classical yoga practices. Prajna's daily practice of yogic principles and conscious living keeps her anchored in her roots. She loves teaching beginners, children, and spiritual seekers.
Prajna loves to travel and immerse in yoga trainings, host retreats, and teach yoga all over the world. She recently completed 100 hours in Bhakti Yoga in Baja, Mexico before traveling across the county with her two daughters to teach at WorldFest in Grass Valley, CA. Christie Morgan, RYT 200, LMT
Assistant Teacher
Christie Morgan is the owner of Symmetry Integrative Health, a Health studio that features Yoga and different types of healing modalities and wellness workshops. “Symmetry” was born out of the idea that each of us are capable of creating a life of balance by honoring what we need mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, and finding the practices that help us do so. She has been a part of the Massage Therapy world for 16 years and is a co-founder of Source Institute Massage School in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Christie is a practicing LMT, and a massage educator, with an extensive knowledge of the musculature of the body and how it functions with the sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system. . After many years of advising her massage clients to do yoga, and enjoying the practice herself, Christie got certified to teach yoga under the guidance of Yogi Hari and the teachers of the ashram in Miramar Florida. After an intense 200 hour immersive program, she studied Hatha yoga, more accurately, “Sampoorna” yoga, the yoga of “Fullness” which encompasses the body-mind-spirit connection and purification aspects of the practice. With an emphasis on philosophy, satsung, quiet meditation, vinyasa flow, and karma yoga,
Yoga helped Christie deepen her own healing practice, and that of her clients. She also practices Arhatic Yoga which is a practice associated with Pranic Healing, a well established type of energy therapy around the world. She says, “ there are many avenues to travel to find your unique path to purpose, and yoga helped me find where JOY was hiding along the way!” Christie continues to study and share yoga, while also learning from her peers and students.
"There is always more to learn, and so the practice continues… Namaste."
